30 Days Free Support
All our EPOS systems receive free telephone support for 30 days following the purchase.
Telephone Support After 30 Days
For telephone support after the initial 30 day period you will need to purchase the EPOS Cover package.
This provides the following:
- Dedicated, priority telephone line for all EPOS issues.
Lines are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Remote support capability enabling our technical team to resolve issues through dial-in directly to your PC (this requires the customer to set up and maintain PC Anywhere and a broadband connection).
- Free software upgrades during the period of Cover.
- Cover for EPOS costs £20 per month or £240 per annum, per site.
On-site Support
In the event that that we cannot solve a problem over the telephone we also provide an on-site support service where a technical support engineer will visit your premises. This service is charged at a fixed hourly rate plus a call-out charge.
Hardware Warranties
All hardware supplied is covered by the manufacturers standard warranty terms.
